Ultimate Frisbee.

It's a team sport that combines the best elements of football (both kinds, US and that of the rest of the world), team handball, and a whole bunch of other active games. It's played with a frisbee (or "disc" as serious players call it) and you can learn the game in less than 5 minutes.

It's the perfect way to stay in shape, take out some of that work-week aggression and meet some cool new people. The game is co-ed, so you'll get the chance to chase some pretty cool men and women around a field for a couple of hours.
